What is LSM?
LSM is a leadership development and personal ministry training program for women.
Why Attend the School?
LSM offers an affordable, manageable way for women to receive seminary-level ministry training with minimal time away from home. If you desire to serve God with more competence, confidence, and care in your church, neighborhood, in the marketplace, or even in a professional ministry, then LSM is for you.
What is the Program?
The program consists of six Saturdays of classroom instruction spread over an 18-month period. Each Saturday session consists of two courses. Between the sessions, students are required to complete homework assignments. Each student is also required to design and implement a ministry project of her choice.

Peer-mentoring
Each student is assigned to a study group and a Study Group Leader (SGL). The SGL provides guidance, feedback, and support on assignments and student’s progress.
Tuition costs
Tuition costs depend on the location in which the school is held. Normally, tuition covers the cost of classroom instruction, books and instruction manuals, lunch, and coffee breaks.
Certification
Students who successfully complete the program receive certification and recognition in leadership development and personal ministry training.
