A recording of each session is available online after the class session.
If you missed a class or attended the class but would like to listen to the audio, please request the code from info@lsprings.org—which will allow you to access the MP3.
When you receive the code, click on the link below, enter the code in the box that comes up and then choose the session you would like to listen to.
